Tenyka Jay
-
Tenyka Jay is an early emerging artist residing in the western suburbs of Brisbane with her husband and two children. When she’s not running around dropping off and picking up children from school and activities you can find her in her studio space (a designated corner of the lounge room) painting away any free time she has.
Tenyka’s work is heavily centred around nostalgia. Predominantly working with oil paint, Tenyka likes to set up and photograph her own still-life compositions. Tenyka’s work leans towards realism and hyper-realism however she does also enjoy working more loosely en plein air.
