Purple is from my RAINBOW SERIES, celebrating the diversity of animals from all over the world. Animals come in all shapes and sizes of every colour in every ecosystem and habitat. Purple animals are not as numerous as other colours. When drawing this purple shore crab I needed to make several trips to my local museum as their anatomy is so strange but also very beautiful.
