I rejoice in the expressiveness of floral forms and find beauty in the twists and turns of the petals, stems, and leaves. Applying the fine black line enhances the drama of the work and wrapping the image to the edge of the canvas creates a nearly three-dimensional work that can be viewed from multiple angles, in essence saying that the floral image is bigger than the canvas.
