Wattles and Eucalyptus

Roxanne’s works represent a visual complexity of change. The act of making is a fundamental part of understanding who she is, her changing world, and response to it. As a maker, she is motivated by how far she can test medium and support surface to create a sense of catharsis. This has become integral in her way of being since suffering the devastation of losing everything in a bushfire. It has bled into her sensibility.
